Well my Mom found this type of light bulb that uses less energy and it last longer. We use them in my house and by thinking about it we saved lots of money on our electricity bill, and also saved energy. Its a great invention!

I think they should use less electricity and try using flashlights. It might be fun using only flashlights, but if they can't do that, they should use solar panels. Solar panels usually cost alot, so they should use less electronics, but only when they need it.

I think if we used building that use solar panels and more efficent light bulbs then we would save alot more energy. Every day when your mom or dad goes to work they are probably using atleast 10$ of gas, therefore if they biked alot or took the bus then you would still be saving lots of energy. The lighting and air conditioning are the main way older buildings loose energy. More energy efficient lighting and air flow is one way, but also what the building is made of as well. More insulation with smaller sealing would keep warmth in meaning less air-conditioning.

Buildings need proper insolations between the walls. Some walls are really thin and are made of plaster, whereas brick houses have a layer of insolation foam inbetween two brick layers. Also, we should use energy efficient lightbulbs, which save energy and lasts twice as long as a normal lightbulb would.
