Announcement from King Daveau!
Go on an Idea Seeker Adventure to California for a weekend!
King Daveau wants to reward one Idea Seeker Team and two of their Fans for playing the Team Challenge and helping Planet Sarillion. He will send one hard working team and two of their fans (4 kids each accompanied by a parent) on a trip to San Jose and Santa Cruz, California on planet Earth! Here they will have fun meeting Master Idea Seekers and going places where they are doing really cool things on Planet Earth to fight the behaviors that are encouraged by the Darkness and are affecting that planet's climate and eco-systems. They will also be the special celebrities at On Locations where they will meet lots of real earth kids who are also Idea Seekers. Some of them might even be kids they have met on Sarillion and didn't know were from the Planet Earth! That will be a really cool party! While in California, the winners and their parents will also do fun stuff like:
- Visit the Tech Museum of Innovation in San Jose and go to an Imax movie
- Visit the West Valley San Jose Library and see their award-winning, environmentally friendly facilities and meet Idea Seeker kids and Ally fans from that area
- Explore beaches and tide pools at the Seymour Marine Discovery Center in Santa Cruz
- Go shopping and play along the Santa Cruz Boardwalk
The winning team and their fans will also each take home a digital camera! You will be able to see pictures they have taken after the trip to Planet Earth in the Palace Courtyard.
How Do You Win the Trip to California?
Idea Seeker Teams and Team Fans must participate in the Team Challenge. Here's how:
- Play Expeditions 6, 7 and 8 when announced by Kimma (check the Sarillion Monitor for the latest news)
- Keep your Plant Babies fully powered up (click here to find out how)
- Send in an Algae Bloom Tracking Gadget using Dumonde's Gadget Maker. Algae Blooms happen when lots of algae grow quickly in one area. Some of these blooms are poisonous and can harm fish and any animals that eat fish. (The gadgets will be judged by a panel of Master Idea Seekers for creativity at the end of the Challenge.)
Everyone Who Plays the Expeditions and Is On a Team Gets Cool Prizes!
Even if your Team doesn't win the trip to San Jose and Santa Cruz on the Planet Earth and a digital camera, you will win something!!
- The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place Idea Seeker Teams will each win a Silver Prize Pack containing a recyclable, single-use camera, Hope Plant Baby Keychain, KidsCom.com pencils and more cool stuff!
- Two Team Fans from each of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place Idea Seeker Teams will win a Bronze Prize Pack: a three-month Idea Seeker Membership to KidsCom.com!
- Finally, everyone who plays the Expeditions will win a special virtual item to fully power up their Plant Baby just for playing!
