Hollie - 10 - UNITED KINGDOM

The story continues from this beginning:

Spec and Tra are on Sarillion helping build a sandbag wall on the Beach to stop the flooding after the big hurricane that hit. Spec is working hard at building the wall, but Tra has become so frustrated with how much work needs to be done that she's given up. ''There's too much water!'' says Tra. ''Nothing we do is going to help anyway.'' Spec realizes that his sister's being clouded by Sloth Cloud! How can Persistence Plant Baby help? Write the rest of the story. Just then, Princess Kimma passed by with her Persistence Plant Baby. "Oh, hi Spec! Hi Tra! What are you up to?" she asked as she smiled.

"Oh, nothing much. It's just that this stupid water keeps getting bigger and bigger. Spec, get a sand bag - quick! You left a big bit there!" Tra moaned.

"I'm guessing you're not so good," Kimma said.

"Kimma, may I please borrow your Persistence Plant Baby for a minute? I think maybe he can help," said Spec.

"Of course! Anything to help!" Kimma answered as she handed Spec the Plant Baby.

"Tra, please calm down. It may seem like too much water, but you and Spec could work as a team and then the water will seem so much smaller," said Persistence.

"Well, I suppose you're right. Maybe I have over exaggerated," Tra answered.

Tra apologized to Spec, and they thanked Persistence and Kimma for helping. After only half an hour, they had piled enough sand bags to stop the flood!

One morning, a child woke up and said, "Holy cow, it's Mother's day and I haven't got a gift for mum!"

The child, Carly, was sixteen. She slid out of bed in her pajamas and crept to her mum's bedroom. Her mum was still sleeping, so Carly stood there and thought of a super plan she decided to hold a Mother's Day Celebration for her mum and invited everyone. Carly quickly got dressed and went downstairs to make a couple of phone calls to her friends, and her mum's friends as well. Then Carly had breakfast and made her mum breakfast. Later in the day, she went to the flower shop and bought a beautiful bunch of tulips. When everyone came Carly gave the tulips to her mum and her mum cut the celebration cake and they all had a fab time.
