I think the biggest problem is that the algae blooms spread and the fish start eating it because they think we just threw in some yummy. Then once they eat it, they die... and dead = sad people and a harmful environment for the other fish because of they dead fish parts floating around in the water.

i think that algea blooms makes poison in food that the fish ate the poisoned food and actually died once the people discovered that than they put out this question and that's why they put out this question.
