Hi! I'm Dumonde. Does your Team have a few teammates who aren't scoring points for the Team during Training Missions? Maybe they just need to be reminded of how fun the Missions can be and what they can get for them! Try the following tips to get your Team motivated to fight the Darkness and his Clouds and to save the animals!

• Use your Team's message board to talk to your Team and remind them that if they earn points, they'll get bonus Virtual Points if the Team finishes in the top 3 for the mission! The first place Team is awarded 10,000 VPs by King Daveau! Second and third place finishers earn 5,000 and 2,500 VPs!
• Be sure to encourage your Teammates to use the message board too!
• You can find your Teammates in the Idea Seeker Universe by clicking on the "My Friends" button. If they're on line, you can go meet up with them by clicking the 'G' button! Go say hi and ask what they've been doing to help fight the Clouds!
• Remind your Team that they can always find out which games to play by checking out any of the following:
  • The Training Mission flag (hint: It's in Kimma's Room this week!)
  • The Climate Crisis games and the Planet Status (find the Climate Crisis Games button at the top of your screen! The games that appear in blue can be played for Team points!)
