Keeping track of animals is important because hunters and fishing men should be limited to a certain amount to the fish. Hunters and their dogs they might have need to be raised well enough to hunt anyway. I believe that people could and should take care of the environment for the animals and their habitats are clean, and not drought or too wet, because of We the People are not taking care of the earth we share with the animals that own the land we do
