Who's Starfy, you ask? He's the plucky, golden-hearted prince of the Kingdom of Pufftop, a palace in the clouds. But he's also a tough hero who battles evil! He has some really impressive underwater moves, like swooping into enemies like a shooting star and transforming into different, powerful forms to overcome obstacles or enemies.
