All you have to do is click on a friend while walking and talking in the Idea Seeker Universe and then click the purple bow on their avatar card (see the photo). You can choose from one of four items to give away: Blue and Green Balloons, Sarillion Gift Box, Pink Pleethar Birthday Cake, or a Sarillion Galactic Hotel 7-Day Stay for a Plant Baby!
