So you want to link to KidsCom? That's great! Entertaining and educational
Web sites for kids and their families are welcome to link to us as long
as you follow the guidelines below.
If you agree, we'll provide you HTML code you can just add to your
page, which will make the KidsCom logo appear. It's as easy as that.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, you may display only the logos
provided.

• You may display the KidsCom logo only on your Web site. You
must use the logo and HTML code as provided and you cannot alter them
in any way. You may not combine the logo with any other object, including,
but not limited to, other logos, words, icons, graphics, photos, slogans,
numbers or other design elements. The logo may not be used as a feature
or design element of any other logo.
•The logo must always link to the URLs provided by Circle 1 Network
in the HTML code.
•You may display the logo on any Web page that makes accurate,
positive references to KidsCom and you must display it adjacent to those
references. The references and display of the logo shall not imply any
affiliation with, sponsorship, endorsement or license by Circle 1 Network.
•You may not display the logo on any site that disparages Circle
1 Network, its products or services, infringes any Circle 1 Network
intellectual property or other rights, or violates any state, federal
or international law. The logo must not be used or associated with any
obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, profane, defamatory
or unlawful site or materials in any way, or in any manner that would
adversely affect the name, reputation and goodwill of Circle 1 Network,
its products and services. The logo may not be used on any site in violation
of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
•These guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in
Circle 1 Network's logos, trademarks, trade names, graphic banners,
copyrighted material or any other intellectual property. Circle 1 Network
reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your
permission to display the logo at any time. Upon receipt of such notification,
use of the logo and HTML code must cease and the link to KidsCom must
terminate.
•Circle 1 Network reserves the right to take action against any
use that does not conform to these guidelines, infringes any Circle
1 Network intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable
law.
•CIRCLE 1 NETWORK DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
